The apprenticeship and technical education project helps employers mentor small groups of students. It aims to boost their knowledge of apprenticeship options and technical education. It also increases their confidence and understanding of how to apply for apprenticeships.
By the end of the programme, there was a 46% rise in students considering an apprenticeship. Student knowledge of apprenticeships grew by 42%, while their confidence in applying increased by 35%.
